Aimee Holcomb
A natural taste for staying healthy, with a sprinkle of challenging
obstacles and a colorful palette for creativity are the elements that led
Aimee to become a Pilates Instructor. When Aimee's Nana broke her
hip and ankle, Aimee incorporated her Pilates skills and knowledge into
helping to heal her Nana both mind and body. Aimee immediately knew
that she wanted to teach people to feel, think and see positive results,
as well as encouraging people to reach their personal fitness goals.
Aimee completed a BASI comprehensive certification course in
November of 2009. Aimee is also an Artist with an Interior Design
background, that led her to design and create Pilates classes in the
studio. She enjoys outdoor activities, cooking and entertaining,
traveling, attending seasonal sporting events, and spending time with
her two nephews.
