Greta has been working in the fitness industry for many more years than she cares to admit. She has both an A.S. degree in Physical Fitness and a Fitness Specialist Certification from Irvine Valley College. She is also has a Personal Trainer Certification and a Weight and Lifestyle Counselor Certification from the American Council on Exercise. And is also certified with The Pink Ribbon Program.
She has worked as an instructor trainer for the YMCA, certifying instructors in the YMCA's Personal Training program and offering a variety of other continuing education courses. Most recently, Greta was the Health and Fitness Director for the Saddleback Valley YMCA. Greta's love for fitness has caused her to move outside the gym and over the past 10 years she has competed in various local races from 5K to half marathon distances. Running can take its toll on the body, so she is a big believer in Pilates and TRX to keep her muscles balanced and her core strong. That way she can keep on moving.
Greta is passionate about watching her clients transform both their bodies and their psyches as they move toward greater wellness and achieve their fitness goals.
