Mary Russell-All Populations Pilates, Yoga
After having been a student of Pilates for more than 10 years, Mary
recently graduated from the Body Arts and Science International
comprehensive teacher-training course, studying under Rael Isacowitz.
She is also certified in Pre/Post Natal Pilates and The Pink Ribbon
Program. Her interest in Pilates stemmed from an interest in yoga and
the simplicity of movement.
Mary has been gradually shifting her career towards Pilates after many
years as a graphic designer, and more recently, a Web designer and
manager. Seeing the impact and changes Pilates made in her own life
and with her body, she was inspired to take
courses to teach others and to inspire them to lead better, more
productive lives.
Mary also enjoys tennis, golf, walking and bicycling, which help her
maintain a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle.
