MAT CLASS
All mat sessions are 60 minutes and include matwork, magic circle, theraband, ankle bands and other conditioning elements.
SPECIALTY CLASSES-2 person minimum
All specialty classes are 55 minutes. For those who want more than a mat class and something different from a reformer class. It
includes Exo chair, Springboard with cardio and mat components
EQUIPMENT (Private, Semi-Private, Group, Men's and Pre/Post)
All equipment sessions are 55 minutes and include matwork, reformer, tower, chair and other conditioning elements.
INTRODUCTORY PRIVATE SESSIONS
An introduction to the method and equipment. Clients are evaluated to structure a workout based on their needs and goals. The client
will then graduate to a semi-private or group class that meets their skill level. We recommend 3 private sessions before going into
group classes.
SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
Includes up to 2 people per session
GROUP SESSIONS -2-person minimum
May include up to 4 people per session
MEN'S GROUP CLASSES-2 person minimum
Focusing on arm strength, core work and flexibility, this class offers a unique exercise regime designed for men's specific needs.
PRE-POST NATAL CLASSES-2 person minimum
ABC Pilates offers specially designed pre-post natal programs that are safe and gentle for the expecting mother.

- No refunds. A gift certificate can be issued or merchandise may be bought
- 2 person minimum for all group classes to be held. You will be called or e-mailed 12
hours in advance to reschedule class - No show/no call may be charged for that session
